This course provides property managers with the legal foundations and practical application skills needed to confidently interpret, apply, and operate within the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (VIC). Participants will leave with sharper legal instincts, deeper knowledge of the key statutory instruments, and the confidence to act effectively in tenancy matters.

This course is only restricted to 10 property managers per intake.

The third intake of the course commences 12 August 2026 to 30 September 2026.
