Please note that the audit process may take up to 14 days, depending on the size of your rent roll. Our comprehensive audit includes a thorough review of rent increases within the last 12 months, entry, exit and routine inspections, leases, exclusive authorities, and arrears. We’ll also offer expert advice on any challenging properties you’re currently managing. Upon completion, you'll receive a detailed report and an in-house presentation of the audit findings at your agency. Please note, we do not conduct audits on any trust accounting.
